How do I schedule a service?+
Send us the quote form below or give us a call at 802-345-9731. We'll confirm your address, walk through what you need, and lock in a date — most jobs are booked within a week, sooner when the weather cooperates.
What affects the price?+
Pricing comes down to the number of window panes, how many stories the building is, whether you want interior, exterior, or both, and any add-ons like screen cleaning. Heavy buildup, ladder work, and hard-to-reach glass can also factor in. Every quote is itemized so you see exactly what you're paying for.
What should I expect during a service?+
We'll arrive in the scheduled window, do a quick walkthrough with you, and get to work. Exterior windows are hand-scrubbed and squeegeed. For interiors, we lay down drop cloths, wear clean footwear, and detail sills and frames. When we're done we'll walk the property with you before we pack up.
Do I need to be home?+
For exterior-only jobs, no — as long as we can access the property safely. For interior work we'll need someone to let us in, but you're welcome to go about your day while we work.
What about weather?+
Light rain doesn't affect the finish, but heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temps mean we'll reschedule. We'll be in touch the day before if the forecast looks rough.
